Bones Southwest is a Phoenix Arizona trombone ensemble founded in 2003 by Bob Weller and Michael Eastin. The group exists to provide trombonists with a great ensemble and rhythm section performing a huge library of great jazz, classical, pop, and funk arrangements.

A cool video
Michael Lake and a friend of Bones Southwest, bass bone Gerry Pagano, performed an original composition by Michael at the 2017 International Trombone Festival in Redlands, CA.
The piece is called Conversations with Myself, to which Michael produced a video using images of the live performance interspersed with dramaitc shots of nature.
